Lockdown had me a little out of shape and Heather's classes helped me get more active, more often. I've gone from sitting in front of the TV to regularly exercising - and I've never felt better!

My sister and I booked Heather for a PT class once a week via zoom, we started in November 2020 and we are absolutely loving the class. I look forward to it every week knowing that even when I feel really tired before the class by the end of the class I will be feeling so much more energised and so much better for doing it.

Heather is friendly and easy to chat to and is really interested in what we want to achieve from the classes and she goes above and beyond, sending us little tips to try throughout the week, recipe ideas and extra workouts to try in between classes.

Her knowledge on the best ways to train for what we want to achieve personally is brilliant and we are left feeling like we have really learnt something.

We feel healthier and happier for having started these sessions and for anyone dubious about doing a pt class over zoom don't be as these classes feel like you are all in the same room. Would recommend Heather to anyone who is looking to feel healthier, get fitter and have fun at the same time.

As a regular client of Heather’s, I cannot recommend her classes enough. She’ll push you to your limits when you need it and adapt things for you on the days you don’t! I have definitely got stronger both physically and mentally doing Heather’s classes, when your legs are on fire and you want to scream she’s there encouraging you with a big old smile on her face. Heather is a truly fantastic teacher. Always warm and encouraging. At the heart of her sessions is an understanding that each person in class may have different levels of fitness, flexibility and strength. With this in mind she offers a menu of options for exercises so that everyone in class is challenged but working within their individual ability.

Her attention to detail in her explanations of technique helps ensure that you are not putting unnecessary strain on other areas of the body. I cannot believe how much my flexibility and strength has improved in a short space of time and I cannot recommend Heather’s classes highly enough!
