This is a 45 minute low impact workout designed to define, lengthen and strengthen the body. If you want to build strength and improve your posture, flexibility and mobility, all whilst being kind to your joints then this is the class for you!
For this class you will need…

A chair (or any stable surface to hold onto for help with balance)

light weights (no heavier than 2 kg)
