THE DETAILS
This is a 45 minute low impact workout designed to define, lengthen and strengthen the body. If you want to build strength and improve your posture, flexibility and mobility, all whilst being kind to your joints then this is the class for you! For this class you will need… - A chair (or any stable surface to hold onto for help with balance) - Resistance bands - Light weights (no heavier than 2 kg)
BOOKING & POLICIES
Class & Session bookings closes 4 hours prior to the start time. Clients must give a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice in advance of their class/session. Failure to give adequate cancellation notice or not to show up at an appointment will result in the Client forfeiting the full cost of the class/session or the loss of an 8 pack class/session.
