All boxes shipped to the mainland UK will arrive during the first week of each month.

During the order process, you will create a profile which includes your sizing. Please be sure to regularly update your profile. Don’t worry if you forget, we will occasionally send out emails to remind you. Be sure to add hello@myballetbox.co.uk to your list of trusted senders to insure that you receive all of our updates. If you still receive an item that does not fit, please contact us at hello@myballetbox.co.uk

Each month, we will send out between 3-5 surprises. We source our products from a combination of established brands and new, up-and-coming designers worldwide in order to provide unique and exciting products in every box.

We will be sorry to see you go, but if you choose to unsubscribe, please email hello@myballetbox.co.uk before 5:00pm on 6th of the month to stop your subscription for the following month.

The cut off date for orders is the 15th of the month in order to receive the following month’s orders. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@myballetbox.co.uk

Using your profile that you create during the order process some of the items will be personal to your sizes and preferences.
